Backend Software Developer Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Backend Software Developer to join our team.

  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems using FastAPI and Django frameworks.

About the role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using asynchronous programming techniques.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration and contribute to the development of microservices architecture.
  • Work on server optimization, performance tuning, and profiling to ensure efficient system operation.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and debugging strategies using industry-standard tools.
  • Maintain clean, maintainable, and test-driven code with proper documentation.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in backend development with FastAPI and Django frameworks.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and Python internals.
  • Deep understanding of database design principles including relational and non-relational databases.
  • Familiarity with server optimization, performance tuning, and profiling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or side projects showcasing backend expertise.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of RAG and AI Agentic Solutions.
  • A power user of Cursor/Claude Code or other AI code helpers.
