Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Receive extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking.
  • Prompt Engineering: Craft innovative prompts to bypass filters and guardrails on LLMs, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to deliver exceptional results.
  • Data Analysis: Assist data scientists in conducting automated model attacks.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to dynamic project needs, navigating shifting guidelines and requirements.
  • Knowledge Updates: Stay up-to-date with evolving LLM capabilities and vulnerabilities, contributing to team method evolution.
  • Productivity: Meet productivity targets, including prompt volume and average handling time.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
  • Communication: Excellent writing skills in English.
  • Linguistic Expertise: Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
