Launch Strategy Specialist

Role Overview

As our Launch Strategy Specialist, you'll own and execute the strategy for launching our SaaS products successfully. You'll collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive alignment, define messaging, establish positioning, and ensure data-informed execution from ideation to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market and customer research to understand needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
  • Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with ideal customer profiles and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Develop and own a robust GTM roadmap detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize GTM effectiveness.
  • Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine strategy, messaging, and product enhancements.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
