Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting cloud security solutions, focusing on policy administration, system monitoring, and documentation.

This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, network fundamentals, and experience in managing cloud-based security platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update security policies, access controls, and authentication settings to ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Monitor dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics, providing regular reports on threat activity and usage trends.
  • Provide user support for security-related issues, collaborating with IT teams to resolve connectivity, access, and policy-related problems.
  • Document configuration records, troubleshooting guides, network diagrams, and change logs, ensuring updates follow change management protocols.
  • Engage with clients, communicating technical updates, policy changes, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • SUPPORT client compliance initiatives by ensuring configurations align with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT security administration is required.
  • Hands-on experience managing cloud-based security platforms is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) is necessary.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and identity provisioning is required.
  • Certifications:
  • Zscaler certifications (ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA) or equivalent security credentials are preferred.
