Senior Graphic Designer

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing marketing and communication materials across various platforms. Your expertise in graphic design will enable you to create engaging visuals that capture the essence of our brand.

You will work closely with our program and marketing teams to develop compelling content that aligns with our educational mission. This includes creating presentations, classroom resources, event branding, and digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, campaign collateral, newsletters, and website content.
  • Develop creative content for students, teachers, and parents, including presentations, classroom resources, and event branding.
  • Maintain consistency in our visual identity while adapting designs to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through effective visuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and experiment with new formats, such as motion graphics, infographics, video edits, and event merchandise.
  • Manage multiple projects with timely delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools, with a focus on delivering high-end visual solutions.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability, demonstrated through your use of visuals to communicate complex ideas.
  • Ability to adapt design style for different audiences, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each group.
