The Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled UX Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll design and implement intuitive user experiences for applications that drive innovation. Your goal will be to create seamless interfaces that maximize user productivity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with emerging UX trends and incorporate relevant practices into team workflows.
  • Design and implement user interfaces for AI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with AI Engineers to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI models and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Apply a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.
  • Rapidly prototype and perform quick Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to visualize and test new UI/UX ideas for AI applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
  • Hands-on with AI-native design tools and UI generation from structured logic/code.
