Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Associate Manager Audit. This position involves overseeing and managing audit teams, ensuring that all auditing processes are conducted in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
">Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
- Relevant professional certification (CPA or CIA) is preferred.
- In-depth data analytics experience is required.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate high levels of integrity and sound independent judgment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Accounting/auditing background with 4-7 years of experience in internal controls, consulting, advisory, and professional services is required.
- Big-4 experience is mandatory, while technology industry experience is considered an asset.
- The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Strong time management and presentation skills are also required.
- Advanced computer skills, including detailed knowledge of MS Office, are essential.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization software is an asset.
- The position requires open-mindedness and adaptability, including willingness to travel, including international travel.
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
