Job Title: Business Growth Executive

Role Overview:

As a business growth executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships in the data and AI domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in data, AI, and software consultancy
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy
  • Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development/sales within IT services, consulting, or technology solutions (preferably data, AI, cloud, or software development)
  • Strong understanding of data & AI technologies (data engineering, machine learning, MLOps, cloud platforms, analytics)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling consulting services (not just software licenses)
  • Knowledge of enterprise data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
