Job Summary:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for auditing and risk management to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:
This position involves performing audit work in line with the Division's risk-based methodology and the Institute of Internal Auditor's standards. The successful candidate will identify and understand risks, evaluate controls, and provide informed opinions on control adequacy and effectiveness. Additionally, they will draft audit issues, review corrective actions, and escalate potential issues or obstacles to audit management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with audit clients and business partners across the lines of defense.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform audit work in accordance with established methodologies and standards.
- Identify and understand risks associated with regulatory reporting processes.
- Evaluate controls to ensure they adequately address identified risks.
- Draft audit issues that clearly outline identified issues and underlying root causes.
- Review corrective actions taken by management to improve deficient conditions.
- Escalate potential issues or obstacles to audit management along with proposed solutions.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Public Accounting, Internal Auditing, or first- or second-line Regulatory Reporting roles.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting preparation is a requirement; key US banking reports (e.g., FRY-9C, FR Y-15) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree, preferable in finance, accounting or related field.
- Advanced degree or certification (CA, CPA, CIA) preferred.
