**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Datastage Developer Expert to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for interfacing with clients to resolve quality assurance issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, create and review designs, validate architectures, and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.

You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. Additionally, you will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.

**Technical Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you should have primary skills in Technology, Data Management, Data Integration, and DataStage. In addition, you should have knowledge of more than one technology, basics of architecture and design fundamentals, knowledge of testing tools, agile methodologies, and project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

You should also have knowledge of one or more estimation methodologies, quality processes, business domain understanding, analytical abilities, strong technical skills, good communication skills, and a good understanding of technology and domain.

**Preferred Skills:**

We prefer candidates with expertise in Data Management - Data Integration - DataStage technology stack.
