Job Title: Associate Clinical Lead

Project Overview:

As a Senior Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the global unblinded CRA team and providing technical support for unblinded clinical operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in clinical research to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet projects' recruitment targets.
  • Contribute to project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by identifying quality standards, planning compliance measurement, and monitoring management of clinical quality issues.
  • Manage clinical aspects of project finances, including estimate at completion (EAC), and create plans to deliver. Monitor and manage changes against baseline EAC and identify additional service opportunities or out-of-scope work.
  • Identify clinical stakeholder landscapes for projects and manage internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and resolution management.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support milestone achievements and report to internal and external stakeholders as per project scope requirements.
  • Resourcing and Talent Planning of the clinical team to successfully deliver projects through high-quality operational plans and guidance and project-related trainings.

Technical Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Unblinded Monitoring experience is preferred.
  • Good understanding of the Clinical Research industry (drug/device/technology/etc.) and relevant environments.
  • Basic understanding of project finances.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of work experience and be proficient in Unblinded Monitoring, Onsite Monitoring, Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA), and Clinical Quality Delivery.
