- Develop creative concepts that showcase effective use of color schemes, typography, and imagery to enhance visual impact.
- Collaborate with video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure thumbnail designs are consistent with content themes.
- Research trends, competitor designs, and audience preferences to improve thumbnail performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with an understanding of effective design elements.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Certifications in graphic design or digital media are advantageous.

Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a content-driven or EdTech environment.
