Main Responsibilities:

  • Production planning and monitoring.
  • Productivity Improvements
  • Maintaining process documentation and parameters.
  • Talent management and people development.
  • Quality system adherence (TS and EMS).
  • Safety and 5S in the department.
  • Monthly performance objectives.
  • Managing secondary operations.
  • Maintenance of molding machines.
  • Troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
  • Training and mentoring a team.
  • Optimizing molding cycle time.
  • Analyzing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
  • Fostering safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Running injection molding machines and accessories.
  • New tool trials for plastic parts.
  • Different types of plastic material processing.
  • Stock reconciliation at the month end.
  • PPE knowledge while working.
  • Informing near miss incidents.
  • Minimizing environmental impact.
  • Monitoring energy performance.
  • Pollution prevention, energy reduction, and resource conservation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Mechanical Engineering Graduate or CIPET.
  • 12~15 years of experience in production functions.
  • Strong leadership and communication.
  • Technical knowledge of molding processes and materials.
  • People development and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • APQP related documentation knowledge.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Molding process DOE knowledge.
  • Molding machine specifications and selection knowledge.
