Chief Cybersecurity Officer

A forward-thinking leader is required to establish and maintain a robust information security strategy, ensuring the protection of critical assets and technologies.

The successful candidate will lead efforts to safeguard sensitive information systems, networks, and data against internal and external threats, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an integrated information security framework, encompassing policies, standards, procedures, and best practices to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security consciousness throughout the organization.
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity, and assess their potential impact on the organization's security posture.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of the information security program, including key metrics, risks, and initiatives.
