Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to customers with complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an external customer-facing technical support role is necessary.
  • You should have a proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts including network stacks, switching, routing, firewalls, etc. is required.
  • Experience working with Linux is mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure customer-facing environment and manage multiple customer issues simultaneously is crucial.
Additional Skills Considered a Plus:
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the ELK stack could be beneficial.
  • Experience working with telecommunication providers could provide valuable insights.
  • Scripting skills using Ansible, Bash, or Python would be a desirable asset.
