Job Title:

Cybersecurity Specialist - Privileged Account Management

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Cybersecurity Specialist, focusing on privileged account management using CyberArk solution.

You will be responsible for deploying and implementing Privileged Identity Management for large-scale customers across various industry verticals.

Key responsibilities include project execution, demonstrating technical leadership and expertise, maintaining a deep understanding of CyberArk's privileged account security suite, and utilizing PACLI to automate tasks related to user and safe management.

Additionally, you will capture detailed requirements for the CyberArk solution based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, target architecture, and high-level requirements. You will design and architecture the overall CyberArk implementation, perform compliance checks, provide alerts and reports, investigate incidents, and resolve them.

Collaboration with the team will be essential, utilizing advanced knowledge of Windows/VMware administration, Windows Cluster Server, network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools.

Travel may be required for deployment at customer sites. A proven track record of delivering quality outcomes in an on/offshore environment is expected.

Exceptional customer service skills are also necessary, with the ability to empathize with customers and own issues raised to resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of CyberArk's privileged account security suite - CyberArk version 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x.
  • Experience working with CyberArk PACLI for automating tasks related to user and safe management.
  • Strong technical leadership and expertise in project execution.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows/VMware administration, Windows Cluster Server, network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools.
