Estimation Engineer Role Summary

\

We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer to join our Sales team. This is a remote role based in Saudi Arabia.

\

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in automation or HVAC-related estimation.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project specifications and technical requirements to understand client needs and objectives.\
  • Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to determine suitable solutions for integrating control systems with HVAC systems, DDC systems, and PLCs.\
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, DDC, and PLC systems using industry knowledge, past project data, and estimation software tools.\
  • Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure estimation inputs align with final execution strategy and project timelines.\
  • Develop proposals, bids, and tender documents by providing accurate cost estimates and technical insights.\
  • Standardize proposal documents and continuously improve internal processes.\
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and production teams to align estimates with technical documentation and execution feasibility.\
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.\
  • Apply motivated and detail-oriented approach to estimation and cost management.\
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.\
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and estimation status.\
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance estimation skills and knowledge.\
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\
  • Perform other duties as required.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in estimation and cost management.\
