Job Title: Senior Mobile Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Development Manager to lead our cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining complex mobile apps, as well as experience in overseeing a team of developers.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications
  • Oversee a team of developers ensuring high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of features
  • Actively participate in technical discussions
  • Architect and design robust mobile app solutions for Android and iOS platforms
  • Guide the team on coding standards, design patterns, and performance optimization
  • Stay updated on the latest mobile development technologies and frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-threaded apps, and design patterns
  • Proficient in Java/Kotlin for Android development and Swift/Objective-C for iOS development
  • Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter) is a plus
  • Experience with clean architecture principles (MVVM, MVP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data handling techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
