Job Title: Mother Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher to join our team at The Shri Ram Universal School, Hisar. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them achieve their full potential.

Job Summary

The Mother Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters academic excellence, social growth, and emotional development in our students. You will work closely with our team to design and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide individualized support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide targeted support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum initiatives that promote academic excellence and social growth
  • Provide individualized attention to students, addressing their emotional and social needs
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being
  • Participate in school activities, contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to academic excellence and student well-being
