- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance records to ensure accuracy in timesheets.
- Administer monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Maintain and update leave management systems to ensure fair and consistent policy implementation.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
- Prepare and share HR reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
- Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation and HR audits.
- Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations.
- Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
