This is a full-time, fully remote Paid Social Manager role. You'll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, driving performance through campaign optimization and building strong relationships.

Your primary focus will be on serving e-commerce clients across various platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, effectively communicating with clients
  • Ideate, manage, and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Analyze data insights (cost-per-click, conversion rate, cost per acquisition) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing monthly budgets over $50K
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
