Job Title: Flutter Application Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring performance and adhering to best practices.
  • Deliver training sessions to clients on Flutter app development, focusing on key concepts and industry standards.
  • Serve as a trainer and assist in training fellow team members on Flutter development, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Capture feedback from every session and student, updating the database and sharing with senior management for review and improvement.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with international students and customers.
  • Experience in handling online delivery and meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, with proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Collaborate with other instructors on group projects and support the effective delivery of training, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Communicate with customers about their upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and other relevant details.
  • Facilitate regular assessments of students and provide detailed feedback to customers to help improve learning outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
