Job Title: Senior Java Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Software Developer to join our team at TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable software applications using Java. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to exciting projects in the retail domain.

Key Responsibilities


  1. • Design and develop RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

  2. • Provide hands-on support for development, automated testing, infrastructure, and operations.

  3. • Work fluently with relational databases or alternatively with NoSQL databases.

  4. • Conduct thorough pull request reviews with attention to detail.

  5. • Experience with real-time data processing using Confluent Kafka.

  6. • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, ECS, RDS, and S3.

  7. • Understanding of DevOps methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  8. • Familiarity with Agile practices and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

  9. • Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

  10. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  11. • Experience in mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership.

  12. • Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty).

  13. • Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the Cloud/IT space.

  14. • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular, and other programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is a plus.
