Citigroup's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Forecast Execution team plays a critical role in assessing oversight to all Citi's forecasting processes. As Senior Vice President, FP&A Sr. Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance to the organization and ensuring the successful execution of forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Knowledge of additional systems such as Oracle, Essbase, and SAP is also desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consolidation of Potential Issues during QMMF/CCAR cycles including putting in Halo
- Review and challenge of potential Issues with stakeholders including joint review with Head of Forecast execution and Second Line of Defense
- Tracking of Open Issues and maintaining consolidated list of issues and CAPs. Weekly reviews with senior management and highlighting potential challenging to meeting resolution dates
The successful candidate will be required to actively engage and manage across FP&A and workstreams to identify potential issues which arise during the process, raise CAPs and track remediation through to completion. Actively managing risk and escalations to senior management accordingly.
