• Proven experience as a Lead Designer or Creative Director in a similar field.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
