Job Title: Creative Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Lead to join our team. As a senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork and creative assets that meet the highest standards.

  • Developing engaging Presentations, Graphical brochures, and reports that exceed expectations.
  • Creating high-quality maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs, ensuring accurate representation and visual appeal.
  • Producing exceptional Photoshop image renderings that showcase innovative design work.
  • Fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating open communication and idea-sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with an impressive portfolio showcasing innovative design work, including strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in both digital and print media.
  • Experience in producing high-quality design work and managing larger creative projects with excellence, utilizing industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create diverse design solutions.
  • Collaborative and communicative skills, able to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure high standards and creative direction are met.
  • Organized and methodical approach, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
  • Prior work experience in urban planning/property sector, providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Ability to work with Midjourney/AI software, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
