Network Operations Manager Job

This is a senior role that involves maintaining network availability and ensuring the optimal performance of network elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain network availability by coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
  2. Analyze network gaps and take corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Conduct drive tests, analyze results, and create action plans to enhance network performance.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of materials and monitor key performance indicators.
  5. Lead and supervise field engineers to achieve desired productivity and quality audits.
  6. Identify vulnerable operational fiber routes and maintain data accuracy across systems.
  7. Coordinate with vendors for timely deployment of network elements and conduct regular site surveys.
  8. Validate and close open actions against trouble tickets received from the Network Operations Center.
  9. Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plans and conduct joint field surveys to verify routes, equipment, and structures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 4-8 years of experience in network deployment, operations, and maintenance.
  • Strong project management, communication, decision-making, team management, and vendor management skills.
