Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished engineer to join our team.

  • This role involves working on complex engineering projects for Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and high-end process automation systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in software development for DCS in Process Automation and have handled project execution and commissioning.

Key responsibilities include developing process control concepts and logic using Siemens process automation / DCS platforms, testing and demonstrating the process control logic to customers, and commissioning at various production sites.

We value individuals who bring exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a strong ability to work within a matrixed organization and influence without authority.

Requirements
  • A degree in instrumentation or electronics engineering, with significant experience in process automation systems / DCS software engineering and commissioning.
  • No less than 4-8 years of experience in process control applications in industries like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Glass.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for project-related interactions and commissioning.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with curiosity and the ability to manage in areas without clear clarity.
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills, who can take accountability for responsibilities and drive initiatives even with limited resources.
