About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced LLM Ops Lead/Architect to drive the deployment, scaling, and monitoring of large language models in production.

This role will focus on building robust infrastructure for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of LLMs, from training and fine-tuning to inference and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with MLOps frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps practices, combined with leadership skills to align cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement LLM Ops infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, and large-scale inference.
  • Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement security, compliance, and responsible AI guardrails.
  • Partner with data science, research, and product teams to streamline the LLM lifecycle.
  • Build Ops automation pipelines for dataset updates, retraining, and model versioning.
  • Evaluate tools for cost optimization and performance tuning in large-scale environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor teams on LLMOps methodologies.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Strong expertise in LLM deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures.
  • Background in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and microservices.
  • Understanding of observability tools.
  • Knowledge of model evaluation, drift detection, prompt management, and AI safety.
  • Programming expertise in Python and Bash scripting.
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG pipelines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of LLM safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
