Senior Software Engineer Position

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge web services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as React, Redux, and GraphQL.

A successful candidate will be able to design, implement, and deploy robust, highly available, scalable, and secure web services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of web services using Agile methodologies
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical expertise
  • Solve complex or unchartered technical problems

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based solution design, configuration, and development with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Couchbase, Cassandra, AWS DynamoDB, or NoSQL technologies
  • Proficiency in messaging or event-driven systems
  • Experience with Source Control Tools – Github or BitBucket

    • Hands-on experience in React JS, Redux, GraphQL, BFF
    • Well-versed in caching techniques (Redis, Hazelcast, Aerospike)
    • Well-versed with feature toggles
