Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Management professional to join our team.

About the Role:

This senior position involves playing a pivotal role in ensuring business unit requirements are met, supporting our Enterprise ERP System, and driving supply chain optimizations and new feature development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with business unit requirements
  • Provide support for the Enterprise ERP System
  • Develop supply chain optimizations and new features
  • Design and implement new modules/projects/enhancements
  • Manage the change control process of requests through migration to production tenants
  • Support application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access
  • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
  • Collaborate with Client & Change Management to document business requirements Participate in on-call rotation with team members for critical off-hours issues

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Workday SCM and Workday Finance in an operational or technical support capacity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Report build experience
