Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

To guarantee inventory accuracy to the utmost for all customers within the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and prompt fulfillment of customer orders.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Inventory reconciliation: Comparison of physical stock with WMS records
  • Tracking inward quantities, processed orders, and cancelled orders against available stock
  • Planning and executing cycle counts on a monthly basis for each customer
  • Promoting 99.65% inventory accuracy by implementing robust tracking systems
  • Maintaining inventory loss below 0.03%
  • Providing critical data to internal/external auditors as required
  • Designing procedures to prevent losses of high-value items
  • Reducing warehouse damage to inventory
  • Verifying packing material counts daily

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and experience with order processing software
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
