Senior Project Manager - Civil Construction

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our civil construction projects. This individual will oversee the execution of data center projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering practices in industrial and data center projects. Experience with foundation works, structural works, flooring, waterproofing, fire-rated walls, and finishing activities is essential. Familiarity with building codes, IS codes, NBC, and international standards is also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of site progress, material consumption, and manpower deployment.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMC vendors, and internal teams to meet project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6/MS Project for scheduling.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
  • Good understanding of coordination with MEP services in data centers.
