  • Supervise staff during kick-off calls and facilitate regular US counterpart communications.
  • Provide guidance on tax adjustments due to law changes and e-filing validations.
  • Oversee team member recruitments, evaluations, and mentoring.
  • Maintain ongoing learning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Enable teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US), or IRS Enrolled Agent.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in detail review of tax returns, with significant experience in Financial Services Returns.
  • Proficiency in CCh Axcess Tax, Gofile room, and Case ware.
