The Role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing

  • Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build a strong network of potential candidates.

Job Posting & Advertising

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job postings and advertisements that attract top talent.
  • Post job openings on company career pages, job boards (internal/external), and social media to ensure maximum visibility.

Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination

  • Review and evaluate resumes and applications against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and experience.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.

Candidate Experience & Feedback

  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback and professionally resolve candidate queries.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BA/BBA/B.Com/B.Sc./BCA/MBA/MMS).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Previous experience in consultancy, EdTech, or the tech domain is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides) and social media platforms.
