Job Title: Silverdome Realtors

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation for real estate projects.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Ads, WhatsApp Ads, and other paid channels to maximize ROI and minimize CPL.
  • Create targeted campaigns using Meta Business Suite, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Run and manage WhatsApp Ads to drive direct inquiries and real-time engagement.
  • Coordinate and promote webinars as part of the lead nurturing and conversion strategy.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and follow-up content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Continuously test and iterate campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to ensure timely lead handover and feedback loop optimization.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Proven experience in managing campaign budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and its features.
  • Ability to create targeted campaigns and audiences.
  • Experience with WhatsApp Ads and its capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
