We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team and help manage and resolve customer disputes and fraud cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, investigate, and resolve fraud and dispute cases in accordance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Analyze transaction data and supporting documentation to determine case validity and liability.
  • Prepare and submit dispute case files, representments, and supporting evidence within required timeframes.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely resolution of disputes.
  • Identify patterns and emerging fraud trends, escalating insights to prevention teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of dispute activities for compliance and audit purposes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in fraud, disputes, or chargebacks (Mastercard experience required).
  • In-depth knowledge of Mastercard chargeback rules and dispute life cycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience working in financial institutions or payment processors.
  • Knowledge of both issuer and acquirer dispute processes.
