Fraud Claims Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team and help manage and resolve customer disputes and fraud cases.
Key Responsibilities- Review, investigate, and resolve fraud and dispute cases in accordance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Analyze transaction data and supporting documentation to determine case validity and liability.
- Prepare and submit dispute case files, representments, and supporting evidence within required timeframes.
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely resolution of disputes.
- Identify patterns and emerging fraud trends, escalating insights to prevention teams.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of dispute activities for compliance and audit purposes.
- 2–5 years of experience in fraud, disputes, or chargebacks (Mastercard experience required).
- In-depth knowledge of Mastercard chargeback rules and dispute life cycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in financial institutions or payment processors.
- Knowledge of both issuer and acquirer dispute processes.
