Job Overview

This position involves designing and implementing Ericsson Cloud NFVI solutions in Telco Core networks. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Cloud NFVi concepts, virtualization, and containerization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • System integration and verification of Ericsson CLOUD NFVI solution in Telco Core network
  • Develop expertise in Ericsson NFVI products, including HDS, SDI, SDN, CEE, ECCD, and CNIS
  • Participate in proof-of-concept projects related to emerging technologies such as 5G, IoT, and Edge NFVI
  • Collaborate with the Ericsson Integration and Verification team

Essential Skills:

  • Strong grasp of Cloud NFVi concepts, virtualization, and containerization
  • Demonstrated experience in application containerization management with OpenShift
  • At least 6 years of total experience with minimum 1 year hands-on OpenShift on Baremetal Deployment experience
  • Experience administering and supporting RedHat OpenShift Container Platform ecosystem
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving aptitude

Favorable Skills:

  • Storage: Ceph/Nexenta/ScaleIO
  • Certifications in Redhat Linux, OpenShift, Dockers, and Kubernetes
