As a guidance counselor, your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads generated through campaigns, webinars & website inquiries. You will understand learner goals and recommend the right course fit, pitch premium programs that boost employability in finance, and build strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings (preferred).
  • Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers (a plus).
  • Proficient with CRM tools and lead tracking.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for learner success.
