Automation Test Engineer
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation test frameworks to ensure the quality of software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation and be proficient in tools such as Selenium, Behave BDD, and Python.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 8+ years of experience as a Principal Test Automation Engineer/Sr./Automation Engineer
- Proven experience in creating various test automation frameworks
- Expertise across test automation framework/tool such as Selenium, Behave BDD and Python
- Experience in Loadrunner/JMeter or any Performance/Load Testing Tool
- Experience in SQL/NOSQL Databases with strong SQL scripting knowledge
- Experience in clouds device services like BrowserStack, SauceLabs etc.
- Sound understanding of automated API testing using tools such as Rest Assured, JMeter, Karate, or similar
- Experience in non-functional test automation such as performance, load, and security testing
- Prior experience in the application and setup of CI/CD process and tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
- Knowledge of testing principles, methods, tools, and technologies, including plans,scenarios, strategies, and related procedures
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop their skills in test automation.
OthersIndustry experience within Financial Services and Azure Devops is preferred.
