The Corporate Audit Supervisor role presents an opportunity to leverage expertise in auditing, leadership, and problem-solving to drive process improvements across the organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:">

  • Lead a team of auditors by setting clear goals, providing support, encouraging collaboration, leading by example, fostering continuous improvement, managing performance, and offering a clear vision and direction.

  • Assist in executing annual global audit scoping and planning.

    ">

  • Plan, scope, execute, and report on operational audit engagements within diverse manufacturing operations environments.

    ">

  • Prepare risk assessments by evaluating control designs, identifying control deficiencies, mitigating controls, and control gaps.

    ">

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.

    ">

  • Organize meetings and conduct interviews with auditees and management.

    ">

  • Ensure proper coverage and consideration of auditing principles, risk assessment, and time/budget constraints during audits.

    ">

  • Deliver audit management support assignments under the supervision of Regional and Global Leaders.

    ">

  • Identify draft findings and recommendations, discussing them with auditees and management.

    ">

  • Review working papers and documentation provided by internal auditors to ensure adherence to internal audit quality standards.

    ">

  • Work with process owners on timely completion of remediation plans for deficiencies to drive closure.

    ">

  • Write and review audit reports to provide a clear summary of findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

    ">

  • Present audit reports to auditees and management to communicate findings effectively.

Requirements:

  • Key Qualifications:">

  • Significant professional experience, including people management in accounting or finance.

    ">

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university/college in accounting or finance.

    ">

  • Experience working in internal or external audit.

    ">

  • Strong analytical, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

    ">

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and presentation skills.

    ">

  • Additional qualifications that may aid success in this role include:

  • Experience managing project work with tight deadlines and working in fast-paced environments.

    ">

  • Solid analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

    ">

  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization.

  • Comfortable in both individual contributing roles and cross-functional team management roles.

  • Certification in CIA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent local certification.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with SAP, PowerBI.
