The Pricing Analytics team supports pricing managers and merchants in defining and optimizing pricing strategies across various channels.

Job Summary:

Develop and maintain descriptive and predictive analytics models that support our pricing strategy.

Translate business objectives into analytics requirements, develop processes for collecting and exploring large datasets, and conduct data validation and root cause analysis.

Research, design, and implement statistical and machine learning models to solve specific business problems, apply model outcomes to relevant business use cases, and educate the team on how to effectively interpret results.

Assist in designing and executing experiments to evaluate the effects of price changes, perform advanced statistical analyses, and lead analytics projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

  • 6-12 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/business analytics/Data Science/Statistics/economics/math
  • Primary Skills: Advanced quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning models
  • Secondary Skills: Alteryx and Knime technical expertise
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate business objectives into analytics requirements.
  2. Develop and implement processes for collecting, exploring, structuring, enhancing, and cleaning large datasets.
  3. Conduct data validation, detect outliers, and perform root cause analysis.
  4. Research, design, and implement statistical and machine learning models.
  5. Apply machine learning model outcomes to relevant business use cases.
  6. Educate the team on how to effectively interpret and utilize machine learning model results.
  7. Assist in designing and executing experiments.
  8. Perform advanced statistical analyses.
  9. Lead analytics projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  10. Promote future-proof practices and holistic solutions.
  11. Keep up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, statistics, and experimentation techniques.
  12. Lead and mentor junior analysts.
