PAN-India Contract Hiring Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive large-scale PAN-India contract hiring with a focus on volume skills such as Java, .NET, Testing, and Infra, as well as niche skills like SAP, Cloud, and Data.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT contract staffing roles across PAN India, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and maintaining a high conversion ratio. Key responsibilities include daily candidate engagement, maintaining recruitment dashboards and trackers, and working collaboratively with Onboarding Coordinators and Delivery Managers to ensure closures align with business demand.
Key Requirements
- 1-5 years of IT recruitment experience with a proven track record in domestic contract staffing
- Experience in handling niche IT requirements, including SAP, Cloud, and Data, as well as volume hiring in Java, .NET, Testing, and Infra
- Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and vendor networks
- Ability to close 8-10 onboarding per month individually
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Result-oriented, target-driven, with excellent negotiation and engagement skills
