About the Opportunity:

We seek an accomplished expert with extensive experience in Data Engineering and demonstrated expertise in Generative AI to spearhead end-to-end project delivery across various industries.

This position begins as an individual contributor, offering opportunities for professional evolution into leadership roles.

The consultant will collaborate closely with Presales Managers to design technical solutions, facilitate client interactions, and ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Presales Managers to design, architect, and present Azure-based technical solutions to clients, leveraging expertise in Data Engineering and Generative AI.
  • Lead projects with a hands-on approach in Data Engineering and Generative AI, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct coding demonstrations and POCs to showcase solution feasibility and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success across diverse industries, including E-commerce, Retail, Entertainment, Healthcare, Investment Holding, Supply Chain, and Real Estate.
  • Mentor and guide team members as the role transitions into a leadership capacity, fostering growth and development.
  • Ensure exceptional quality delivery, focusing on scalability, performance, and business impact.
Requirements:
  • 12–20 years of experience in Data Engineering with deep expertise in the Azure ecosystem.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (with at least 2 years of recent, practical implementation).
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver enterprise-grade solutions, driving business outcomes.
  • Strong client-facing and solutioning experience, including technical presentations and workshops, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Azure Technical Expertise:
  • Data Engineering: Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB.
  • Machine Learning & AI: Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI on Azure, Cognitive Services, Prompt Engineering, Model Fine-tuning, LLMOps (optional but preferred).
  • Orchestration & Workflow: Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Event Grid.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, MLFlow, DVC.
  • Monitoring & Security: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
