Job Summary

This is a high-profile support analyst role with significant responsibilities in job management.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through technical discussions, gathering requirements and application testing/validation for operational systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess extensive IT experience of at least 4 years, alongside strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, ability to learn new applications quickly and a good understanding of operational workflows.

Critical Skills:

  • Proficiency in the use of systems such as HVAC facilities work order management, risk/feedback reporting, security incident reporting, class tracking and membership management

  • Experience with applications such as Keystone/SimpleK, MD Staff, Omnigo, RL6/Converge, TMS (Accruent), Trane/TracerEnsemble or other relevant software tools

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of IT experience with exposure to various business processes

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
