We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Associate to join our team at Weekday. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining product strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders. Your expertise in breaking down complex technical requirements into user stories, epics, and features will be invaluable in ensuring seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Break down complex technical requirements into user stories, epics, and features.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Prioritize features based on business and user impact while balancing technical feasibility.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional team meetings.
  • Analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
  • Create detailed product documentation, including specifications, wireframes, and user flows.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding progress and expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 24 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the product management lifecycle, including discovery, development, and delivery phases.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand software development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of web technologies (APIs, databases, etc.) and how they impact product development.
  • Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Asana, Confluence, etc.).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
