Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality technical content, including user guides, conceptual documents, and instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality technical content that meets customer needs and expectations
  • Develop user guides, conceptual documents, and instructional materials
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand requirements and customer needs
  • Analyze specifications and product descriptions to recommend the best documentation approach
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical content for advanced software products
  • 5+ years of experience producing technical content
  • BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related degree or comparable experience
  • Good understanding of technology concepts such as cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technology
  • Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with XML authoring, content management, and courseware development tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to make progress with less-than-complete information
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
