Premier Energies is a leading solar cell and module manufacturer seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with 7+ years of experience.

Located in India, our facilities operate at advanced levels with 2 GW cell and 5.1 GW module capacity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Production Leadership: Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Solar Industry Expertise: Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Process Optimization: Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Engineering Management: Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Technical Competence: Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Quality Control: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multitasking Ability: Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Team Management: Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
