Job Title

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of complex transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and/or modeling experience, with a comprehensive understanding of data modeling concepts, logical, and physical. They will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality data models, adhering to agreed standards and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of transformation programs within the data portfolio.
  • Work within agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products that serve customer needs.
  • Perform elicitation and analysis of business change, functional, and non-functional requirements across stakeholders.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artifacts to enable development teams.
  • Understand user journeys end-to-end, beyond system boundaries.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models to fulfill business and technical expectations.
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including naming logical entities, attributes, and physical tables/columns.

Requirements:

  • Strong data analysis and/or modeling experience (4-10 years).
  • Comprehensive understanding of data modeling concepts, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Ability to translate high-level functional data or business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability to build rapport and relationships.

Preferred Skills:

  • SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm.
