Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Media Sales Representative to join our team at Whizz HR. This role involves selling digital advertising solutions to new and existing clients, developing strategic sales plans, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Digital Advertising Solutions: Identify potential clients in the digital advertising space and develop a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present and sell digital advertising services such as display ads, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, video ads, programmatic advertising, etc.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of sales leads and opportunities, managing them through the sales cycle.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Understand client goals and recommend effective digital marketing strategies to drive business results.
  • Provide ongoing client support and ensure satisfaction by delivering measurable results.
  • Campaign Management & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized advertising campaigns.
  • Offer expert guidance on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Help clients measure the success of their campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and close deals to secure contracts.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and campaign success.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for future sales and marketing efforts.
